When you request a website build or register as a client, we collect the information you provide us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and website order details. If you create an online store, we also collect the product and order data that you manage through your dashboard.

2. How We Store Your Data

Account, order, and website data is stored in a Firebase/Firestore database. Website files and media are hosted via Cloudflare R2. Payments are processed via Stripe, and we do not store payment card data directly on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To fulfill and deliver your website build order.
• To run and manage your monthly hosting subscription.
• To communicate with you about your order, account, or support tickets.
• To send operational notifications related to the service (such as payment confirmations or security alerts).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to any third party. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to run the platform: Firebase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and Resend (operational email delivery).

5. Data Security

We use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), role-based access permissions, and identity verification mechanisms to protect your account. That said, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account by reaching out to us directly via our Contact Us page.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as required by local law for accounting and tax purposes.
