1. Scope of Service

VERO offers two linked services: (a) building a website for a one-time fee, and (b) hosting and managing that website under a recurring monthly subscription. The two services are interdependent — a website built on VERO cannot be separated from the VERO platform or migrated to another hosting provider.

2. Build Fees and Subscription

• The build fee is a one-time payment, non-refundable once work has begun on the order.
• The monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Non-payment of the subscription results in the website being temporarily suspended until renewed, without immediate deletion of data.
• Each subscription covers only one website.

3. Ownership of Content and Platform

The client retains ownership of the content (text, images, branding) they provide to VERO. The underlying technical architecture, code, and design built within the VERO platform remain part of the VERO platform and are not delivered to the client as standalone files.

4. Client Account and Acceptable Use

The client agrees to keep their login credentials confidential and not to use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose. VERO reserves the right to suspend any account used in violation of these terms.

5. Technical Support

Each subscription includes a number of monthly support/edit tickets depending on the plan subscribed to, as detailed on the Pricing page.

6. Termination of Service

The client may cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the website stops operating at the end of the current paid subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

VERO strives to provide a stable and secure service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. VERO is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

VERO may update these terms from time to time, and any update will be posted on this page.
